CUSTOMIZED SCREEN MATS: SPECIAL PERFORATIONS FOR SPECIFIC NEEDS

PROBLEM
Risk of tears in screen mats thicker than 5 mm in unperforated OX horn area.

SOLUTION
Round holes in the edge area (OX horn) reduce stiffness, preventing cracks.

PROBLEM
Wires or cords wrapping around screen mat webs, causing clogs and frequent manual cleaning.

SOLUTION
Pipe sockets below the perforations prevent web wrapping, allowing continuous operation without cleaning interruptions.

PROBLEM
“Accordion effect” causing slot openings to spread, leading to increased particle size mismatches.

SOLUTION
A specialised hole pattern prevents spreading and enhances screen accuracy.

We are pleased to have FLEXIMAT as a business partner for our flip-flop screening machines. We would like to emphasize that FLEXIMAT screening mats are among the most popular on the Indian market due to their long service life. We value your expertise, your solutions to complex screening tasks and your constant, tireless commitment.

Mr. Debasish Dutta / Vice President - International Combustion - INDIA

The idea of creating holes in the OX horn area of the screen mat to increase elasticity allows us to use thicker screen mats. Thicker screen mats increase service life and result in significant cost savings in production. For this you deserve our full respect in terms of professional competence
